Delivery & Pick-up:

  • Can I place my order and pick up on the same day?

Yes, subject to successful payment verification and product availability. You will also have to place your order by 2:00 pm.

  • Can you deliver my orders on the same day?

For deliveries, payments must be made and confirmed one (1) day before. You may contact us via SMS to check if we still have available slots for the day. We’ll try our best to accommodate.

  • I have multiple orders. What if I have multiple addresses to send to?

You may place separate orders per address.  For 5 addresses or more, you may contact us via DM on Facebook or Instagram for further assistance.

  

Others:

  • If I am sending out a gift, can you include a note?

Sure! We’re here to make things convenient for you.  Just kindly indicate this in the Note Section after you click "Add to Cart."

  • Can I still change my orders once placed?

As long as we have not prepared your order, you can still make changes. Do reach out right away in any of our social media channels for phone number. 

  • I have special requests but they are not available as an option on the website. What should I do?

Contact us via Instagram, Facebook of Viber, and we’ll see how we can accommodate your requests.
