These frozen chocolate croissants are for baking at the comfort of your home. With a simple step-by-step guide, you can now have fresh croissants for breakfast!

Each pack contains 12 pcs.

Weight Per Piece: 70g +/- 3g

Easy prep instructions:

  • Take out the Pain Au Chocolat from the freezer, and place on a tray lined with baking paper (Ensure enough spacing to allow the dough to expand three (3) times it's original size)
  • Leave it out for 3 hours at approximately 30C
  • Gently brush the surface of croissants with whole beaten eggs.
  • Bake at 165C for 15-18 minutes.
