This ready-to-bake product should be stored in the freezer and is best consumed within 2 months.
Easy prep instructions:
- Take out the croissants from the freezer, and place on a tray lined with baking paper (Ensure enough spacing to allow the dough to expand three (3) times it's original size)
- Leave it out for 3 hours at approximately 30C
- Gently brush the surface of croissants with whole beaten eggs.
- Bake at 165C for 15-18 minutes.
